If you are about to complete this form you have consulted with us and decided that BFS Tax and Accounting is the firm you would like to contract your accounting and tax matters to.

We are very pleased to welcome you to the BFS Tax and Accounting family and look forward to assisting you.
Please take note of the steps to becoming a BFS Tax and Accounting client to ensure a smooth client sign up process.
Once you have signed your engagement letter please follow the five steps on this page to register yourself on the BFS Tax and Accounting customer database.

Steps to becoming a BFS Tax and Accounting client:

  • Contact BFS Tax and Accounting to consult regarding the scope of the work
  • Obtain a fee estimate from BFS Tax and Accounting
  • Sign a BFS Tax and Accounting Engagement Letter (the customised engagement letter will be sent after the fee estimate and payment method has been agreed to)
  • Complete the Client Sign Up process on the BFS Tax and Accounting website and load your signed engagement letter
  • You will receive a welcome pack notifying you of the successful client account creation together with a copy of our engagement letter (which has been signed by yourself and BFS Tax and Accounting)

Please note that should you opt for the debit order payment method, we would require a signed debit order authorisation. In the event that a member of our team contacts you to obtain these details (and you have not dealt with the person before) please ensure you validate the call by asking the BFS consultant to verify certain details with you.

An engagement letter will contain all the necessary terms of engagement and is essentially your contract with BFS Tax and Accounting. A signed engagement letter where you have agreed to our terms of engagement is required in order for us to proceed with the provision of services as requested.
